The MCU (Minoritarian Concrete Utopia) is the opening to the practice of our desires. Its meaning can be summed up in the following grammatical re-frame: utopia is not an object or a subject, but a verb. The infinite voice of the verb "to utopia". To build a future reality, we must utopia, we must realize it by implementing it. Having the ability to imagine and act, and postponing this potential to a better future is like having no possibility at all. The UCM is the beginning of understanding that the joy of living comes through action and the unfolding of our potential for action. The beginning of understanding that desire is an assemblage, always collective, always in becoming-other, in becoming-minoritarian.

But the High Happiness Festival is not only this, it is also a meeting point for tens of thousands of people from all over Italy, activists and non-activists, a place to meet, discuss, and confront each other on how the year of struggle has gone in the various territories: it means building communities from social conflicts.
