Over the course of the final year in which the Supernova will be visible, rather than developing the Desidumancy Laboratory in several cities across Italy, we want to devote greater care to the communities we engage with by focusing on a single territory.

Desidumancy is a process of decolonizing desire, enacted to de-stellate the constellations that condition our existential movement.

The overarching goal is the reinvestment of desiring energies: we seek to withdraw energetic investments from the normative automatisms of the social game and reinvest them in collaborative practices of rediscovering agency (power), both individual and collective.

Following the suggestions of Franco B. Berardi, the ethical principle that moves us is that of sympathy. It is grounded in the pleasure of the other’s pleasure, understood as an extension and continuation of one’s own pleasure. In other words, together with the participants we intend to build a revolution of affects based on the pursuit of the maximum degree of pleasure for all living beings. In the competitive and individualistic world into which we were born, happiness becomes subversive when it is collective.

For a possibility to become reality, it is not enough to believe in it; you must act as if it were already reality. You must imitate a reality that does not yet exist and play with it until it becomes reality. This is how you move from play to action.
